Highly recommend it, even the weather was not the best the tour guide took us to a spot where we could see the rice fields in the sky and there were not so many people. Apart from that, from all that crowdness he took care of us, making sure we are all together and have the best time. Thank you House

The tour leader accompanied the two of us throughout the entire tour, pointing out the best viewing and photo spots. The experience was definitely worthwhile, as we used the VIP channel from the park entrance onwards. We had priority boarding for the eco-friendly shuttle bus without having to queue. However, the Bailong Elevator requires a VIP ticket to be purchased one day in advance; otherwise, you'll have to wait in line for 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this tour to my friends.

The guide, James, was very attentive and made sure everyone understood him and was engaged in the tour. He explained everything about the mountains and the route, and recommended good places to eat. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but the views were beautiful, especially from the lift and the chairlift. Unforgettable.

We were incredibly lucky! Before setting off, I was worried that the rain the day before would prevent us from seeing the beautiful scenery, but the weather cooperated perfectly, with clear skies throughout the entire trip, allowing us to fully appreciate the stunning peaks and magnificent landscapes of Zhangjiajie 🥳 The customized small group tour was an excellent experience, with attentive service and a comfortable atmosphere. Our guide, Tu, was conscientious and responsible, with top-notch route and time planning. The itinerary was relaxed and not rushed, with minimal queues. He has extensive professional knowledge, and his explanations were all packed with valuable information. Highly recommended!

I just randomly picked a tour group for my trip to Zhangjiajie, and it exceeded my expectations! I met a very thoughtful, enthusiastic, gentle, and easygoing tour guide, Xiao Zhao! The whole trip was a pleasant experience; it was truly a small, refined group with no hard selling. The day we went to Tianmen Mountain was rainy, and before we went up, I was worried we wouldn't see the beautiful scenery. After we got to the top, the entrance to Tianmen Cave was obscured by clouds. Tour guide Xiao Zhao didn't rush us through the sights; instead, he waited with us for Tianmen Cave to appear, wanting us to see everything we could! Luckily, we finally saw it! Thank you, Tour guide Xiao Zhao! I'll definitely use him again next time I come! 👍
