Despite my parents’ delayed flight, she waited patiently and organized everything so smoothly that we never felt rushed or missed anything. Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.

The trip was great! I think this tour is a great way to see some of the most prominent and beautiful sites in Beijing. The tour company is very communicative and accommodating. Our guide Serena was absolutely wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the sites and very kind and warm. We learned a lot from her and felt welcomed to China! Definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was extremely nice. I wanted to visit the Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City with a bit more context and information about these places, and this is exactly what I got. Susan, the guide, guided us through these places, providing the right amount of information without overwhelming us with too much. She gave us time to enjoy individual corners and was always happy to answer our questions. She was also very professional while being a genuinely lovely person to talk to, and we had some very nice and interesting conversations in a friendly atmosphere.

I was so lucky to meet Teacher Fan. Her explanations were never dry or filled with apocryphal history. She carefully explained the stories behind each building and cultural relic, making for a great visit. I'll definitely choose Teacher Fan again next time!
