Great experience, easy transportation to and from, was all self guided so no interaction with a tour guide on the bus. These Châteaux Fountainbleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte were not crowded, far better than Versailles which is wall to wall with to many people to enjoy

These 2 chateaus were well worth seeing. Our group was 6 plus Will, the guide/driver, and we travelled in a 9 passenger van. He was very friendly and helpful. At both stops, Will framed the visit up briefly then we received audio guides for the tours. He was really more a driver/logistics man than guide but good nevertheless. Recommended.

The holy mountain gave us plenty of time to explore at our leisure. Audio guides were available for rent at the monastery to learn about its history, and the view from the summit overlooking the bay was absolutely stunning.
