My family took the Zhujiajiao and Huangpu River private tour (in English). We confirmed our reservation via WeChat the day before departure. The driver and our guide, Jenny, arrived before the scheduled time and provided detailed explanations of the sights. Although we were pressed for time to board the cruise due to city traffic, veteran guide Jenny asked a colleague to prepare our tickets in advance, allowing us to board just in the nick of time. We had absolutely no trouble communicating with Jenny in English. The tour with the kind and responsible Jenny was enjoyable and memorable. I will use this service again if I visit Shanghai in the future.★
