You can use the number issued by Trip.com by entering it on the train ticket payment screen of the AREX official booking site. I was worried I wouldn't make my reserved train, so I changed my train reservation on the official site, but there were no problems! I'm very satisfied! It was just as easy to use as I'd heard. I was a little confused at first about getting the ticket issued at the airport, but once that was done, it was incredibly easy to use. I could do everything from shopping to getting around with just this one card, which made things very simple. Before the trip, I bought cards for myself and my daughter with 10,000 won each. Paying in rubles through Trip.com is very convenient. Pickup is at the airport, near the bookstore. We used the card to pay for our ride from the airport to the hotel. We topped up the balance at a 7-Eleven, but you can top it up at any store at the checkout. A single trip for October 2026 costs 1,550 won.★

getting the physical at the airport is very convenient and i recharged it at the nearby convenience store immediately to use it for public transport. i used the app to book the attractions that we want and it's easy to exchange tickets/scan QR code to enter the attractions too. overall, it's great!
