We had an absolutely fantastic time on our Mui Ne tour with SST Travel! Everything was organized seamlessly from start to finish, but what really made the day extraordinary was our incredible tour guide, Tom, and our wonderful host/coordinator, Maddie. ​Tom was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and kept the energy high all day long. He made sure we got the best photos at the White and Red Sand Dunes and shared so many great insights about the local culture. We really love to take a nap after having nice lunch with the ocean view. Maddie was super attentive, helpful, and ensured everything went smoothly without a single hitch. ​The entire experience was stress-free, fun, and memorable. If you're looking to visit Mui Ne, I highly recommend SST Travel—and definitely ask for Tom and Maddie if you can!

We are tourists from Hong Kong, including a 70-year-old, and we purchased a private tour for three people. Our guide, Brother Man, speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese, and adjusted the pace according to our needs, making it not too tiring, especially suitable for seniors and families. Sand dunes are not common in Southeast Asia, and this was our first time visiting a sand dune/desert attraction; it was indeed a wonderful experience.

The fishing village was terribly dilapidated, utterly uninteresting, full of trash, and with the rain, the red beach was also out of the question... The tour guide was clueless... inflexible.

A wonderful, easy, and beautiful excursion. Everything was on time, we weren't in a rush, and we didn't need to rent a jeep to explore the white dunes; we strolled at a leisurely pace. The driver was polite and drove very carefully. We arrived at the hotel on time, just in time for breakfast.

I booked a trip to Mui Ne through Trip.com, and it turned out the tour operator was SST Travel. Communication was smooth and all questions were answered well. As soon as I completed my booking on Trip.com, SST Travel contacted me via WhatsApp to let me know where to meet and what time. On the day itself, the pick-up was fine with tour guide Danny. There was no need to worry during the nearly 4-hour trip to Mui Ne. We stopped at rest areas for a short break and to use the restroom. The round trip was smooth. Although the itinerary changed slightly due to weather, everything went smoothly. We had lunch (included in the package). Our itinerary included the White Sand Dunes (jeep/ATV rides are not included and cost 800,000 VND, shared with other trip members), the Red Sand Dunes, the Fairy Stream in Mui Ne, and finally, the Fishing Village. The driver was good, drove well and didn't speed. The tour guide was good.
