At the break of dawn, the tour begins our journey to the glorious Montenegro. We traverse the Northern region of Albania and make our way to the port city of Shkoder. This city is the beating heart of the North and proudly hosts the grandiose Rozafa castle, which stands atop a hill, embraced by two rivers and can be viewed in all its splendour during our coffee break before the frontier on the Buna River shores .

Following the border crossing, we continue south through Montenegro, enjoying beautiful views of the Adriatic coastline and the Bay of Kotor. During the journey, your tour leader will introduce Montenegro's history, culture, and traditions, as well as provide historical information about Kotor before arrival. In Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will have free time to explore the Old Town independently. Wander through its narrow stone streets, medieval squares, churches, palaces, and impressive fortifications, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of this historic Adriatic town. Please note: there is **no guided walking tour in Kotor**. Historical and cultural explanations are provided by the tour leader on the bus, followed by free time to explore Kotor at your own pace.
