I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming.
He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip.
If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back★

Our driver, Asta, was incredibly kind. He picked us up from the hotel on time and had water, mosquito repellent, tissues, and snacks in the car. Knowing our child had diarrhea, he even applied some of his oil-like ointment. Besides taking us to the attractions, he also offered to take photos for us. At each stop, he would walk us to the entrance and then wait for us in the car. In short, he was a wonderful person, and hiring him wasn't tiring at all – a truly enjoyable day!★

This day trip to Bali was absolutely fantastic! The driver was incredibly friendly and waited for us at the hotel early in the morning. The drive was smooth, and the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, with their cascading green foliage and charming coconut palms, were like a breathtaking pastoral painting. Tirta Empul Temple had a truly sacred atmosphere, allowing us to feel the rich religious culture and see people devoutly praying at the holy spring. Ubud Palace was exquisitely beautiful, with every carving showcasing the craftsmanship of the artisans. The Ubud Market was bustling with activity, offering a dazzling array of unique handicrafts, and the bargaining was quite fun. In short, it was a wonderful day! Thank you to the driver and customer service representative Miaomiao for making this an unforgettable experience!
