Super convenient way to travel to Shenzhen, better than high-speed rail. Takes you straight to the border without having to waste time arriving 40-min in advance (for high-speed rail). Buses are clean and the operator is quite flexible with ticket timings. My friend and I arrived early so they let us board an earlier bus.★

It was a great experience. I managed to snag a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for Trip.com's Hong Kong leg, which averaged out to just HK$50 per trip, cheaper than any other option. Perfect purchase. Was about half the price of buying at the station and worked perfectly of course with the QR code. Really quick and nice train ride and mostly empty as some people perfer to pay 10 times the price for a taxi I guess★

The cross-border direct bus was great; it was comfortable, not crowded, fast, and stable. We also got to see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which was very beautiful!
