Our Slovenian sister was really nice and very competent. It was also good that these catacombs weren't too crowded. The Church of San Sebastiano is also a good starting point for hikes and bike tours on the Via Appia.★

She didn't rush through her explanations, and her attention to detail allowed everyone to be immersed in the present while imagining what might have happened in the past, to visualize the glorious days of the empire.
