Haroon was extraordinary. Super approachable, friendly, and funny all throughout the tour. Provided quick info of the tour spots that we pass. The tour was organized. Understandably, the stops along the way had to be timed if you wanna be able to go through everything in the span of 5-6 hours that you are in Niagara Park.

We had to queue in a rather long line, which thankfully moved steadily and the wait was shorter than expected. On the return journey, the bus broke down and we had to change to a replacement bus on the motorway. This made the return trip take almost four hours.


