AMAZINGGG!!! We have been travelling Asia for months, and this was by far our best experience/attraction. If you’re hesitating because of the price, it’s worth 2x or even 3x the cost. The experience isn’t just a dinner, but a cultural journey. The show lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, with no breaks in the performances. There are six dishes, and each one has a historical context and a themed performance accompanying it, with the dancers changing costumes for each course. The food is absolutely amazing and would be worth the price on its own. It is very foreigner-friendly, with subtitles on the screens, and the food is also very accessible, with only one slightly spicy dish. The hall where you dine is beautiful and high-tech, featuring a 360-degree screen, lighting, and smoke effects. Every detail of this experience has been carefully thought out—I would recommend it to everyone.

You're literally transported to a fairytale. The building is incredibly beautiful, and there was a spectacular outdoor show at the beginning. Everyone was so welcoming, wearing beautiful costumes. At dinner, everyone was simply wow—the food was delicious, the show was dynamic, and we couldn't take our eyes off it. They'll show you around, give you all the information, and the staff is wonderful.
Reviews: Imperial Feast at Yuxiandu - Chinese Royal Banquet with grand performance show, optional Hanfu costume and makeup styling

This was the most wonderful experience and brilliant introduction to our trip in China. The staff were incredible and the dancers/ performers were exquisite. We also paid extra for hanfu which was so much fun!

There were a lot of Russian tourists who were connoisseurs of Chinese opera! Overall, the performance was interesting, but very specific. Food included: tea and snacks. The performance lasts an hour. Beforehand, the actor spends half an hour putting on makeup and putting on Chinese clothing.

I really enjoyed the diverse performances, each artist was authentic and memorable for their style. Of course, now I want to see even more local art forms. Regarding the organization, it's a shame we weren't seated in the front row, even though there were plenty of empty seats. It was painful to watch the performers inhaling dust while performing acrobatic stunts, and the stage carpet needs a thorough cleaning. The hall itself, due to the high traffic volume, doesn't give the impression of cultural heritage. The interactive interaction at the end was very enjoyable.

I really enjoyed this tour. Guide Andy made the impossible possible: I, a foreign tourist visiting China and abroad for the first time and speaking no foreign language, was able to have a unique and wonderful experience during an evening city stroll and savor the truly delicious food the locals eat. I'd especially like to highlight the Da Lian Huo Shao restaurant – a very atmospheric place with delicious pancakes!
