I booked this trip for my brother and sister-in-law. They were so happy when they came back! Although I was very proud and thought I made the right choice, I didn't really know how good the tour guide was. My brother and sister-in-law kept asking me to give the tour guide a good review for the next three days 😂 Anyway, I believe they had a very enjoyable time. I am very grateful to the tour guide for taking care of my family and making them have a pleasant experience in Japan. The tour guide was Fu Shuo. I hope to meet you again on another trip to Japan next time!

The itinerary was well-arranged, and our driver, Brother Zhang, and our tour guide, Sister Jiang Lingzhi, were exceptionally kind. They not only helped us get on and off the bus but also catered to the diverse needs of our group members from all over the world, introducing local history and cuisine. Everything was as advertised on Ctrip, except that I waited at the hotel entrance until 8 a.m. and still no car came to pick me up. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and Mr. Chen Xiaolong, a dedicated after-sales representative, handled my situation. Mr. Chen was incredibly patient, calling multiple times until I was finally able to depart smoothly. I must say, Ctrip's after-sales response was prompt and their processing speed was excellent. Being alone and helpless abroad, every word of comfort from customer service was incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much!

It was absolutely fantastic! Although the itinerary was rushed, being able to visit Himeji Castle, Kobe, and the super popular Katsuo-ji Temple in one trip was totally worth it! 🥰 Especially Katsuo-ji Temple; I think it would be even better if we could have arranged a 2-3 hour stay. That way, we wouldn't have been rushing, and we could have taken our time to appreciate the temple scenery, take photos, and truly immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Daruma-ji Temple. Also, I checked, and a typical visit to Katsuo-ji Temple, including worship and taking photos, takes about 1.5-2 hours. If you want to explore at your own pace, take photos of Daruma dolls, pray, and enjoy the scenery, allocating 2.5-3 hours is quite reasonable.

We came to Japan for a free and easy trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. After booking our accommodation in Osaka, we were looking into an itinerary covering Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto when we found a Kobe tour on Trip.com that included a Korean-speaking guide, so we booked it. The entire course was great, but personally, I really enjoyed the Arima Onsen. We were given detailed explanations of the town's specialties and time to visit the hot springs. Above all, Guide Jo Jun-young gave us detailed explanations and took photos of us against great backgrounds at every tourist spot, making it a truly enjoyable trip. If you are visiting Kobe, I highly recommend booking a tour to explore comfortably. During our free time, we enjoyed the hot springs and had a delicious chicken broth ramen for lunch. We also really enjoyed the cider at Arima Onsen. The cider had just the right amount of carbonation and sweetness, so we ended up drinking three bottles.
