Our 2.5-hour tour of the Terracotta Warriors in Spanish was well worth it. While the site is impressive, it depends a lot on what and how the history is explained, and Lixa, our guide, did an outstanding job. She was very easy to understand, gave fascinating explanations, and even added some interesting facts about modern-day China. She helped us plan our visit to the Emperor's Mausoleum on our own and recommended places to eat—what more could you ask for!

Since it was an independent trip just for me and my son, I thought it would be good to have a guide, so I included a Korean-language guided tour; looking back, it was truly an excellent choice. Thanks to the guide's expertise and deep experience, I was able to learn about the history and wisdom of the Qin Dynasty in a vivid and engaging way, as if I were right there on the scene. The restaurant they recommended after the tour was also perfect, so my son, who usually struggles with Chinese food, enjoyed a meal for the first time in a while.

We booked an 8 persons tour for Terracota Army and Lishan Garden (Mausoleum Site Park of Emperor Qin Shi Huang), but we ended up with a private tour. The operator was in permanent contact wiih us on WeChat since we booked the tour. It would have difficult to cover the whole area as a foreigner. Our guide Amy was amazing - very knowledgeable, speaking excellent English and explaining everything in details, it was a pleasure to talk to her. I highly recommend the tour with her. Additionally, we were changing the hotels during the day and our drop off point was different than the pick up point - it was no problem, the operator was happy to support us and Amy personally went at the reception and helped us with the check in. All in all, a wonderful experience!

The itinerary for this trip for our elders was very well planned. Special praise goes to our driver-guide, Gao Lei, for his smooth driving and attentive service; and to our tour guide, Jim Sun, for his patience, enthusiasm, and humorous explanations throughout. Both provided excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) service, and everyone was very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Overall, a fantastic experience! Aside from the inclement weather, everything else was wonderful! Our beautiful guide, Ms. Zhang, was incredibly attentive and had a great sense of humor! Just like her iconic mascot, Pikachu, she was full of energy! And our driver, Mr. Feng, was a superb driver—fast and steady! Finally, a shout-out to Mr. Liu, the guide at the Terracotta Warriors Museum, employee number 862. His explanations were easy to understand and very entertaining! He introduced us to many historical stories and methods for identifying Lantian jade! Thumbs up!
