I hired a car for the day to visit Pingyao and Qiao Courtyard. Car was good condition and driver was safe. Timing was very flexible which was helpful. Driver also gave us a lot of tips on the way. All in all highly recommended as a convenient option if you are in Taiyuan.

Everything was fantastic. We had a dedicated guide/driver (Aa) just for the three of us. We also had a 5-seater car all to ourselves. Aa only spoke Chinese, but kept us informed in English through the apps. We also did the B version of the tour (bamboo boats). We visited all the points of interest on the tour, without rushing, without queuing, everything was well organized by our guide/driver. We highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Aa!

The cruise was excellent! Of all the ones I found, this one had photos of the suggested meals by type. We took a taxi to Monpashan Pier for 40 yuan, got a ticket using a QR code, and then went into the building where you board the boat for a while. The tour guide explained everything in English; the main thing is to follow the crowd. The only thing is that, after leaving at 10:30, lunch was served at 12:30, and the view with the 20 yuan bill was already at 1:00 PM. They made some announcement, everyone dropped their food, and rushed to the upper deck, as it turned out, to take a photo of the bill against the backdrop of the landscape... Otherwise, it's an amazing 4-hour excursion for 3,550 rubles!!!

We were initially unsure of how everything worked and where we needed to go, but the team was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They patiently answered all our questions, guided us through the process, and made everything so much easier for us. We shared our itinerary and preferences with them, and they were very accommodating, adjusting the arrangements accordingly. Everything was well organised, smooth, and stress-free. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our trip at our own pace. A special thank you to our driver, Master Wang! He was punctual, professional, friendly, and made every journey comfortable. We especially appreciated that he recommended halal food options for us, which made things much easier as Muslim travellers. His local recommendations were thoughtful and greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a reliable, flexible, and trustworthy driver, we highly recommend Master Wang and the team. Thank you for making our trip such an enjoyable one!
