He shared interesting sights, showed us the most beautiful locations, helped us choose the best angles, and took so many wonderful photos. He even made sure other tourists didn't interfere with our photo opportunities! 😄 He took all our wishes into account, took us to a great cafe with delicious food, and did everything he could to ensure we got the most out of the trip. The blue of Sulfur Lake is so beautiful that it can be captured with a phone camera without any filters. The blue lights are artificial; many foreigners don't need them to avoid getting lost, as there are people along the way and small shops for supplies. The climb is strenuous, but our guide was excellent at keeping up with our pace and providing great service. It's worth seeing; it requires a certain level of physical fitness, but if you have superpowers, you could just pay for a Lamborghini and enjoy a painless hike. Booking through Ctrip is reliable, and we tipped everyone in the end, which was the best form of recognition.

He took care of our entire family throughout the day and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He was incredibly friendly, patient, flexible, and happy to adjust the itinerary to everything we wanted to see and do. Wayan speaks excellent English, making communication easy and enjoyable. He also shared interesting information about Bali and gave us great recommendations along the way. We always felt safe thanks to his careful driving, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, he made the whole trip fun and stress-free. Our children enjoyed the day just as much as we did. Thank you, Wayan, for giving our family such a wonderful experience.
