The day trip was interesting, varied, and full of surprises. Our guide, Keith, told us a lot about the Butchulla, the island's original inhabitants. He knew a great deal about the history, the forest, the trees and their uses (logging), and the animals. The driving and breaks (wading in the river, eating, visiting a shipwreck, swimming in the lake, and a walk in the forest) were well-planned. The ancient rainforest was impressive. It was an unforgettable experience.

Guide was knowledgeable about the area and the animals. we saw owls eagles, egrets, cormorents and many other birds. stingrays were plentiful. great morning on the water .

Rory was excellent. He was knowledgeable, funny, inclusive, and I feel he put a lot into making the day enjoyable, 100%. The timings were perfect and the day spot on! I would absolutely recommend this trip and hope you're all lucky enough to get Rory as your guide!
