It was good. At a good price, they arranged everything kindly to fit our schedule without making it too tight, provided explanations, and communicated in Korean, which made the trip comfortable throughout. However, although we were told it was a business vehicle, the condition of the car wasn't very good. Also, my family dislikes the smell of cigarettes, so it was a bit uncomfortable to see the driver smoking and appearing to have respiratory issues.
