This trip was very enjoyable. I was expecting it to be crowded on a weekend, but the tour went very smoothly. The female driver was amazing and very capable; she even changed locations when she saw many people at rest stops, ensuring the restrooms weren't congested. The whole day's itinerary was pleasant and smooth. Having a bus ticket to the observation deck was very convenient, saving us from having to walk and take public transport. The tour guide was also very friendly and helpful, reminding us of important things. Thanks to them, the whole family had a wonderful trip. The Gassho-zukuri village in late April is truly beautiful, lush and green with a touch of snow-capped mountains. It was definitely worth the trip.★

I love the experience of seeing one of Japan's National Treasure - the Inuyama Castle. As far as the tour service is concerned, there was a bit of hiccup in the start because our guide could not find my name on the list of guests. It was also unclear how to visually find the tour guide in the meetup point (ex. Other tours would specify finding a person with a blue flag or a crocodile plushie). Email instruction for the meetup just gave the name and number of the tour guide, which is difficult considering (1) there are many tour guides in the area, (2) not all tour guides are able to speak English even from the same company. Also, I felt that the stay in each destination is kind of rushed, 20 or 30 minutes shorter than how the tour is described in the description. Nonetheless, good experience overall.★

The driver arrived at the hotel on time that morning to pick us up. The vehicle was a 9-seater, and the cabin was clean and tidy. The driver, who also acted as our guide, gave a brief introduction at each attraction before we had free time. We met up on time for the next attraction. The time was a bit tight; more time would have been better. Thank you so much to the driver! 🙏🏼★

The group was small, and we were given a Coaster 18. The ride was smooth, and we had a Chinese-speaking driver and tour guide. At each attraction, the guide provided a comprehensive introduction to the classic features, tour times, and meeting points. It was a very satisfying tour experience; the Upper Heights are definitely worth a visit.
