The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

The visit went quite smoothly. We were able to experience all the park's most iconic attractions. The guided tour was very interesting, with superb animations that are very emblematic of Universal Studios. We appreciated being able to get off the bus from time to time to explore certain sets in more detail. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of dishes available. It was a very full day!★

The park far exceeded our expectations – everything is so beautifully designed, with such attention to detail, and you really feel like you're in a movie.
