Made a mistake of choosing International airport pick up when we actually arrived at domestic from connecting flight from Hanoi. Contacted the customer service to see if it was possible to have it delivered to the hotel and they did. Excellent service! Thank you so much.

It's incredibly convenient! You install it at home, fly to your destination—in our case, Phu Quoc—and you've got internet right away! The instructions for installing and activating the esim are clear. We traveled all over the island, and we had connection everywhere. 5 GB per day was enough for three phones (two via a hotspot).
