Jessie was a very helpful guide. I was running late to the tour and she waited for me and would check in often to make sure I was OK. She also went above and beyond to help me get to my other activities. Yu Garden is absolutely stunning and everyone should go!

Before your trip, you'll receive detailed, real-time information via chat. However, please note that this is not a guided tour; it's a ticketing service. While the Oriental Pearl Tower and the cruise ship terminal are nearby, the Shanghai Urban Development Museum is about 3 kilometers away across the Huangpu River, so I wasn't able to visit.

An wonderful experience. The guide arrived earlier than scheduled and was very helpful and cheerful throughout the day. Thanks to her excellent organization, we were able to enjoy all areas of Disneyland smoothly, and the entire day was pertectly planned.
