Stops along the way are not supported, destination modifications during the trip are not allowed, mid-route drop-offs are not permitted, and the order of drop-offs is not guaranteed.

Airport pick-up service: 7:00 AM - 12:30 AM.
Airport drop-off service: 04:30-22:00 (vehicle rental duration must be at least 5 hrs before flight departure).
Trip duration
The exact time may vary depending on the day's vehicle dispatch and traffic conditions, with an estimated duration of approximately 1.5-2.5 hrs.

Baggage Allowance
1. Each passenger per booking can bring one free piece of luggage up to 32 inches (sum of three sides less than 170 cm) and one carry-on suitcase under 20 inches (sum of three sides less than 115 cm). Excess or additional baggage requires purchasing baggage vouchers per piece - we appreciate your understanding. (Backpacks and other carry-on items held in arms are not counted as baggage if under 50 cm in height and 30 liters in capacity.)
2. Excess baggage voucher: 62 CNY per piece (32 inches with total dimensions under 170 cm. Please note in advance for oversized baggage)
3. Special baggage
- Strollers: A foldable stroller counts as one piece of luggage within 32 inches; a compact stroller counts as one piece of 20-inch luggage; large strollers (exceeding 88 cm) cannot be transported.
- Wheelchairs are not accepted for carriage.
Consequences of Violation:
Concealing prohibited items will result in booking cancellation or vehicle refusal, and all resulting losses and consequences shall be borne by the passenger. Please be advised.
Product Notes
1. Please keep your valuables and fragile items with you at all times. If we find any lost items belonging to guests, they will be safely stored at the airport counter or transfer station temporarily.
Free return service for provided items is available. No compensation will be provided for any damage or loss.
2. We provide free baggage handling services. If any damage occurs during the process, please immediately report and file a claim with our staff on-site.
Regarding baggage compensation, we will handle it in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and transportation contract terms. If baggage damage or loss is caused by staff negligence, compensation will not exceed 1 times the paid amount.
3. We are not responsible for transporting incompletely packaged, perishable, damaged, or fragile baggage. This includes normal wear and tear during transportation.
