Reviews: Schönbrunn Palace + Vienna bus sightseeing half-day tour|Includes admission ticket with skip-the-line access + professional guide

First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna. Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic. Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience. Overall, it was excellent.

Reviews: Vienna: Bus & Schönbrunn Palace Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

We had a large group speaking two languages, and before arriving at the castle, it was difficult to understand the guide's instructions. It would have been ideal to have the audio guide system available before arriving at the castle.

Reviews: Austrian Wine Tasting

It was a wonderful experience. We got to talk about more than just the wine we were tasting. The location was easy to get to walking and via public transit.

Reviews: From Vienna, Austria | Hallstatt + Salzburg 1-day tour | Alps

Overall, the trip was excellent. It was a large group, split into several buses. The itinerary was tight, but there was enough time. Our guide, Olga, provided excellent explanations and service, and the driver drove smoothly. The entire experience was great. The only issue was that the meeting time was 7:30 AM, but upon arrival at the meeting point, we couldn't find the exact location. They had simply posted a large A4-sized notice, which was completely obscured by the crowd and impossible to see. Calls to the notice went unanswered. Furthermore, upon arrival, there was a very long queue, with only one person verifying information, making the process extremely slow. We didn't get our turn until 8:10 AM, boarded the bus at 3:15 PM, and departed at 8:20 PM. While this didn't delay the trip, waiting in the cold weather for 50 minutes was far too long. I hope they can improve on this.
