Pinar was amazing. She customized the tour to our desires on the fly and shared a lot of fantastic information about Ephesus. The van was comfortable. I booked direct with the company for our shore excursion and Pinar was right there when we disembarked and we were back at the ship with plenty of time to spare.

From the time we made the booking on the *** app, the provider was in contact with us, via WhatsApp, with detailed information on our pickup at the port. On the morning of the pickup, we received a photograph of the board in the port, showing our name. This made our connection with our guide very simple. We got off the ship very quickly and were soon on our way to Ephesus. Getting there before the crowds was fantastic. Ali our wonderful guide, gave us choices for our tour, then detailed information on everything. ali was brilliant, our vehicle was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Our driver was also excellent. We chose the Terrace Houses as part of our Ephesus tour and were so pleased we did, it was incredible. We had a fantastic day and now have the most incredible memories and photos. Thank you everyone that had a part in our experience.

We really enjoyed the whole experience. We especially loved the personal touch to everything we asked for. We loved seeing Ephesus and its ruins and learning about it. Our driver was very knowledgeable and personable! We asked about buying Turkish rugs and he asked the driver to take us to a store where we got to see how the rugs were made; ending in us buying one! A very special day!!
