Please keep your phone accessible and arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time. The guide will lead the group into the attraction on schedule to begin the tour. Being late may affect your experience.

Child Policy

For safety reasons, minors aged 18 and below are not allowed to join the tour group alone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when registering. If a minor registers alone, we reserve the right to refuse their participation in the group activity and issue a refund. Children under 5 years old are exempt from guide fees. One adult can bring one child under 5 years old for free, without occupying a seat or including headphones.

Purchase Info

This product includes comprehensive fees for guide services and other activities. The guide service is available for all travelers aged 5 and above at the same price for all visitors. Please purchase the corresponding quantity based on the actual number of travelers. Group confirmation notice

A minimum of 2 participants is required for the join-in tour product to be confirmed. If the group cannot be formed, our staff will notify you before 18:00 on the day prior to departure for a full refund or rescheduling.

Group size requirements

Join-in tours have a maximum of 15 participants per group (excluding free-entry children); private tour packages vary based on different family needs.

Private Tour Late Policy

If travelers are late and cause a delayed start: For delays under 15 minutes, the guide will extend the guided tour duration to fulfill the total agreed product duration. For delays exceeding 15 minutes, the guide will extend the tour by up to 15 minutes maximum, with any remaining time being forfeited without compensation.

Join-in Tour Late Policy

If travelers are late due to personal reasons, the maximum waiting time is 5 minutes. The instructor will not make up for the missed content. Therefore, travelers must gather on time on the day of the visit. If late, they will need to enter the attraction on their own and rejoin the group. If unable to attend on the departure day due to personal reasons, please inform the instructor promptly. No refunds will be issued.
