▲ The Black Forest is a renowned tourist destination in Germany, famous for its cuckoo clocks, Black Forest cake, Black Forest ham, honey, and pork knuckle. Many stories from the Grimm's Fairy Tales, such as "Snow White" and "Cinderella," are set in the Black Forest. The forest is picturesque everywhere, with distinct seasonal styles, making a stroll here feel like stepping into a fairy tale.

▲ This location is situated in the mountainous region of Baden-Württemberg in southwestern Germany. Its name originates from the dense, dark appearance of the lush forest when viewed from afar. It is also the source of the Danube and Neckar rivers, dotted with villages and towns of various sizes, and filled with towering fir trees. Here, you'll find the steep and picturesque Kinzig Valley, while the Feldberg Peak, standing at 1,493 meters, is one of the highest mountains in the Black Forest region. From the mountain peaks, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the green Rhine Plain, the scenic beauty of western Switzerland, and the Strasbourg Cathedral in France.

▲ Visitors to the Black Forest can still witness many increasingly rare trades, such as glassblowing, organ building, blacksmithing, and tanning. The clockmaking industry here remains a true traditional handicraft art. In the past, during cold winter nights, farmers in the mountainous region would stay home meticulously carving wooden figures and utensils, with the cuckoo clock made from fir wood being particularly famous. These clocks are especially distinctive due to their hand-painted designs. What was once a cottage industry in the Black Forest has now evolved into factories of various sizes, with their products reaching international markets.
