1. The total number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's capacity.
2. Please contact customer support to confirm seat availability on the sailing schedule before making a reservation to avoid any impact on your travel plans.
3. At least one group leader must present their original passport or ID, while others may provide photos or copies.
4. Ensure all fees are paid before boarding. Arrive at the pier 20 min in advance. Late arrivals are at your own risk. Changes or refunds must be requested at least 72 hours before the trip starts. Refunds within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% charge, while no refunds are allowed within 48 hours.
5. The government requires speed limits for yachts and prohibits loud music playback in inland waters with residential areas on both sides.
6. In case of weather conditions or yacht mechanical failure preventing operation, the shipping company reserves the right to alter the route, reschedule, or cancel the sailing trip.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht.
8. Please take care of your children and keep valuables with you. When swimming or participating in other water activities, entrust your belongings to a friend. Check your items before disembarking, as we are not responsible for any loss after leaving the boat. Maintain a safe distance from boats when engaging in other water activities. Compensation will be required for accidents caused by improper operation.
You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks. A service fee of AED 200 is required for on-site barbecue, payable to the captain.
10. Shoes must be removed on the yacht. It is strictly prohibited to throw tissue paper into the yacht's toilet. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by violations.
11. Life jackets are not required indoors on the boat, but government regulations require wearing them when going outdoors on the yacht.
12. Passengers prone to seasickness should prepare their own motion sickness medication and take it half an hour before departure.
