Had an amazing time even though I joined solo! The driver was super fun and made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. By the end, it honestly felt like we were all one big family. Definitely worth joining this tour! Also, the music in the car was so good — it felt like a whole story from start to finish, almost like being in a movie.★

We took the TranzAlpine as part of our journey to Queenstown - breathtaking views all the way! Unfortunately, we faced a surprising 2-hour delay, which was frustrating. If time allows, consider adding Pancake Rocks near Greymouth/Hokitika to your itinerary (though it's a bit far). Still, the landscapes made it worthwhile for train lovers!
