Cape Manzamo
This is a national natural park located in Onna on the west coast of Okinawa's main island. "Cape Manzamo" means "a meadow large enough for ten thousand people to sit," with "manza" referring to ten thousand people and "mo" meaning meadow in Okinawan dialect. True to its name, the vast natural grasslands stretch endlessly before you, with the surrounding plant communities designated as natural monuments by Okinawa Prefecture. Additionally, the area features dramatic cliffs formed by raised coral reefs resembling an elephant's head, along with powerful waves crashing against the coastal rocks—offering breathtaking views of nature's grandeur!

Kouri Island
This circular island, approximately 8km in diameter, floats north of Yagaji Island. Known for its premium sea urchins and mozuku seaweed, the island boasts a thriving fishing industry. It holds Okinawan creation myths featuring local versions of Adam and Eve, and preserves ancient rituals like the Sea God Festival held after the Obon festival in the old lunar July. Connected to the main island via bridges passing through present-day Nago City's Oujima and Yagaji Island, the iconic Kouri Bridge stretches 1,960 meters and ranks among Okinawa's most famous romantic spots.
