The 8-seat bus was comfortable, and the driver was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. One day I didn't know where to go, and she helped me find someone and book the tickets. I had a great day, so thank you! The itinerary was well-planned, with no tour guide and no shopping stops. Everything was included except for the 40 RMB electric cart ride to Blue Moon Valley. Lunch was a small hot pot with unlimited rice, and pick-up and drop-off from the hotel was also included in the tour fee. The driver picked us up from my hotel at 5:20 am, which was very kind of her. The day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was very enjoyable. The cold-weather clothing and oxygen cylinders were also included; buying or renting them would cost around 100 RMB. It was a great value day trip. The scenic area has shuttle buses, which are also included. It's definitely worth joining a tour; going on your own is very risky and hassle-free.

Today was incredibly lucky! We met our wonderful tour guide, Ye Fan, who was so considerate of her guests. She picked us up at 6:10 AM, having apparently gotten up as early as 4 AM. She didn't try to get us to spend any money on hidden charges, and kept asking if we had enough for lunch. She also safely took us back to our hotel. It was a truly enjoyable day trip. Highly recommend Ye Fan!

Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.

It was a fantastic experience! We only decided to join a tour to Tiger Leaping Gorge the next day around 9 PM, but after calling the platform, Manager Yin immediately arranged our itinerary and added Baishuitai and Haba Snow Mountain to the itinerary. Our local guide, Gerong, was Tibetan and not only enthusiastically introduced the sights but also shared many traditional Tibetan stories – excellent service! We hope to come again, as Gerong recommended visiting in summer when the weather is cooler and the scenery is even more beautiful.

I've been to many places and had many tour leaders, but this trip with our Ctrip driver exceeded my expectations! Driving on winding mountain roads, his driving skills were safe and reassuring: the ride was very smooth throughout, making me feel particularly secure. The driver was extremely familiar with the route, saving me a lot of time. His preparations were exceptional; he knew the road conditions and weather inside and out, ensuring the smooth running of our trip. Throughout the journey, he constantly monitored our physical condition, carefully inquiring about whether we experienced motion sickness or altitude sickness, ensuring our comfort. The vehicle was clean and comfortable: the interior was spotless and odorless, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, providing us with a comfortable resting environment. In short, he was also very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture, adding much enjoyment and knowledge to our trip. Such a professional and considerate driver made our trip even more perfect. I sincerely thank him for his efforts and look forward to traveling with him again next time! I will also recommend him to my friends! Thank you Ctrip for arranging such an excellent driver!

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends 😁 They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. You’ll pay ¥150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge there’s an extra ¥70 yuan for elevator used but it’s optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but it’s was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state I’ll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing I’m ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance 💃 Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended 💯
