The car was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning didn't smell moldy. While the driver didn't speak English well, communication was smooth and the staff did their best. With WhatsApp, you can call 10-15 minutes in advance to minimize waiting for the car on the road. (Due to Bali's traffic conditions, cars can't wait on the road forever; someone has to wait for the car, which is inconvenient. The roads are so narrow that cars have to wait behind you while you're parked.) I'm not sure if the driver can use KakaoTalk. He waited nearby for our family from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. He parked a little further away when parking was required. Instead of buying us food or drinks, he included them in the tip (he sent me a text message thanking me for the tip that morning. He didn't just receive the tip that day, but also expressed his gratitude the next day, which I also appreciated.)★

I went with my wife and three-year-old son. It was fun, noisy, and bumpy the whole way. The weather wasn't great, and I didn't see the volcano itself, but the experience was positive. We walked through the black lava fields, saw the lower crater, and took some photos on the roof of the car.★
