We had a fantastic day. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. Our guide, Elena, was truly professional and friendly. We never got bored. We were able to visit everything without stress or rushing. At Peles Castle, Elena explained everything inside to us in great detail. I can recommend entering the castle with a guide. Without one, we wouldn't have understood much of the history and the people who inhabited it. Elena told us everything, taking us back in time and reliving those places as they were back then. We are somewhat satisfied with the entire bus, the driver, punctuality, etc.★

Dani the guide was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful.
Good value for money - a long (apx 12hours) but great day - lots packed in and all 3 stops were fab.
Tickets from Dani are €60 (or 300 Lei) for entry to both castles, extensive information for both castles and for the black church in Brasov. Payment can be cash or card but you need data on your phone for card payments as you have to follow a link from a QR code. The bus leaves promptly at 7am but there is a strict no eating on board policy so have breakfast before boarding (drinks were allowed).
Lots to see on the drive also - get the feel for real Romanian. Would definitely recommend. 5stars 👌★

Fantastic! Although I've visited many castles, this one is decorated like a palace, magnificent and breathtaking. It's absolutely the most luxurious castle, on par with Neuschwanstein Castle.
The local travel agency has its own tour bus, and the tour guide was incredibly professional, explaining everything from beginning to end. They were also very responsible towards each tourist. A big thumbs up! Overall, it was superb, with excellent service, great value for money, and a fantastic experience.★

The route was well-planned, and there was plenty of time to explore each place. Tickets for Peleș and Bran could be purchased on the bus. The pricing was clearly displayed (a bit more expensive, but without having to queue at the ticket office). Cornelia, the tour guide, was very friendly, funny, and attentive to everyone's well-being. Whenever there was an opportunity to change the itinerary, the guests were involved. The only downside was the bus seats, which were unfortunately cramped and quite uncomfortable. The driver was excellent.
