This time, I brought my father, parents-in-law, and three other seniors over 70 along. Our guide, Zongzong, researched their interests and hobbies beforehand and focused on these areas when introducing Kunming Old Street and the Stone Forest. Throughout the trip, she kept a close eye on their stamina, managing the pace of the tour very well, and accompanied them throughout the Stone Forest. The introduction to Kunming Old Street was well-planned, with a logical route that prevented them from getting lost. Overall, the seniors, visiting Yunnan for the first time, had a very satisfying trip. Thank you for your hard work accompanying them throughout the day.

The overall experience by the tour agency was good. There was some miscommunication at the beginning while contacting the driver to arrange transport but she was really friendly. After picking us up, they brought us to what i assume to be their contact for oxygen tank and high altitude meds but they were extremely overpriced. I recommend getting your own supply before the day itself. Because of the miscommunication, my wife initially could not go up the cable car since the details on the ticket and passport was misaligned, but the agency got us a new ticket and we thankfully did not miss the chance to go up the mountain. Overall, great service 🙂

It was a good experience. The staff were friendly and constantly checked to make sure there were no issues with the schedule. Although a guide does not go inside with you, the signage is in Korean, and it is not difficult if you just follow the crowd. The scenery is excellent. The performance is decent.

This was a shared tour itinerary; it was just the two of us plus one family of three. -7:10 The driver picked us up from the hotel, and we set off to watch the sunrise. -8:00-8:30 Spruce Meadow Cableway -Blue Moon Valley to -12:00-12:30 Glacier Cableway -16:45-17:00 Return train. We were very satisfied with the itinerary. Tickets for the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Cableway are extremely difficult to get, but this tour included both cableway and train tickets. The driver was very steady; he only took us to Ganhaizi for the sunrise, then to the visitor center, and then we were on our own. The person in charge frequently checked on us via WeChat, asking if the driver had picked us up, if we had arrived at the Spruce Meadow Cableway, and reminding us of the Glacier Cableway boarding and alighting times. Very thoughtful. We missed the return train because there were too many people getting off the cable car, but it was okay; we just took a Didi (ride-hailing service) back to the hotel. Highly recommended.


