Our driver made the trip unforgettable. He was friendly and down-to-earth, picked us up early, helped with our luggage, and clearly explained the day's itinerary. He genuinely cared about his passengers and shared thoughtful insights on each spot. When we got lost in Shuanglang, he calmly guided us back to the car by phone. He was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease throughout the day. One improvement: the shuttle was too small and barely fit our luggage. But the driver did his best to accommodate us, which we appreciated. ---

I had an excellent experience with this car share service. From booking to drop-off, communication from both the agent and driver was outstanding. I booked a 7–9 seater and informed them I had three suitcases. The agent gave clear instructions and exact pick-up/drop-off details. Due to local traffic restrictions, they couldn’t drop me at my hotel, but they arranged and paid for a taxi for the final leg, which I really appreciated. At the start of the trip, I felt anxious as the vehicle was full and luggage had to be placed inside the passenger area, which was overwhelming for me as I can be claustrophobic. However, the booking agent stayed in contact via WeChat, reassured me, and helped me stay calm. The journey went smoothly and felt quicker than expected. We had a rest stop after about 1.5 hours with clean Western-style toilets. Overall, the agent and driver were friendly, professional, and very supportive. Despite my initial anxiety, they ensured I arrived safely and comfortably

Erhai Lake is absolutely stunning! However, weather is crucial; a cloudy day would significantly diminish its beauty. We were lucky to avoid rain. The driver was contacted in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the sights along the way, answered all our questions, and explained the local customs and culture of Dali. He was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous throughout the trip. I especially want to commend the driver's sense of responsibility. When we got out of the car, I carelessly left something behind, and I needed to go to the airport the next day for my return trip. After contacting him, he immediately arranged for a courier service. I'm incredibly grateful! Thumbs up!

I highly recommend this Cangshan Gantong Cableway + Erhai Lake Cruise day trip! The itinerary is perfectly paced, neither rushed nor tiring. The Gantong Cableway offers breathtaking views; the cabin slowly ascends, weaving through clouds and forests, overlooking Erhai Lake and the Dali Basin. A stroll along the Jade Belt Road is incredibly relaxing. In the afternoon, enjoy the Erhai Lake cruise, feeling the gentle sea breeze. Take amazing photos on the deck, and watch the Three-Course Tea Ceremony, a Bai ethnic folk performance, immersing yourself in the charm of Dali.
