This trip exceeded my expectations! It covered all the essential attractions, the transportation was comfortable, and the driver drove smoothly. The tour guide was witty and humorous, possessed rich professional knowledge, and took excellent care of everyone throughout the trip, patiently answering all questions. They were also incredibly good at planning the route, ensuring we didn't have long queues at the Bailong Elevator or Tianzi Mountain Cableway, perfectly avoiding peak crowds and allowing us to enjoy the most beautiful scenery at the best times. It was a worry-free and enjoyable trip – five stars! A fantastic experience!

We visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park on the third day of the Lunar New Year. I'm so glad I booked this VIP small group tour; it saved us a lot of time. Both the Bailong Elevator and the cable car have VIP access, so we didn't have to wait in the long, crowded queues during the Spring Festival. Since I was traveling with my parents, who are almost 70, and didn't want them to get too tired, the price felt very worthwhile. Our guide, Xiao Mao, was very responsible and attentive. There were no shopping stops throughout the tour, and he even patiently explained the stories of some generals from western Hunan. We were all very moved! The people of western Hunan are truly great and kind!

My friend and I had a truly wonderful experience with this tour. The itinerary was very well selected and thoughtfully planned. We really appreciated how flexible it was — Jason adjusted the schedule according to the weather, yet we were still able to visit all the main highlights without missing anything. The locations were beautifully chosen and perfectly organized. At every destination, Jason provided interesting explanations, historical insights, and engaging storytelling. His English is excellent, very clear and easy to understand. He also has such a bright and cheerful personality, which made the whole trip feel even more enjoyable and lively. We especially appreciated how he always tried to give us the best possible experience. At the Bailong Elevator, he helped us get a spot closer to the glass so we could fully enjoy the breathtaking view. We were the luckiest team of 2026! We initially booked a small group of 16, but due to the large number of people, they upgraded us to a premium small group of 6 for free to ensure a better experience. Our tour guide, a lovely young woman, was incredibly kind and kept introducing the highlights of the trip, showing us only the essential sights with no backtracking. The weather was also perfect; it was a fantastic experience! Thank you, A-mei, and thank you Zhangjiajie! We'll definitely come back again!

We decided to take my parents and kids to Zhangjiajie for New Year's Day. After reading countless travel guides, I was completely overwhelmed, especially with elderly people and children traveling together. In the end, we chose this private tour through Ctrip. They provided pick-up and drop-off service, and a guide accompanied us throughout the trip! It was definitely worth it. The scenery in Zhangjiajie is breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the rarest snowfall of the year! Our guide was Liao Qin. Her explanations were excellent. We communicated with her a day in advance, knowing my parents' mobility issues meant they couldn't walk too much, so she tried to take us on the park's transportation as much as possible, and we saw all the highlights! We were extremely satisfied! If we had tried to find our own way, we probably wouldn't have been able to see all the beautiful sights in a day! The group bus picked us up directly from the hotel. It was convenient and saves us a lot of trouble. The bus was also very clean, and the driver's driving skills were excellent! We'll definitely come back for a second visit when the weather is nice! Zhangjiajie is definitely worth it!
