The driver Madi was friendly and helpful. The ride was safe. Issue lake was beautiful and hike for waterfall was exciting.

Our tour guide, Ruslun and his father were excellent. They gave great background information on the sights and were very accommodating. It was a bit rainy the day of our tour and they came prepared with rain jackets and umbrellas as well. They were very professional.

Fun activity! After the pickup, we went to the base and then into another car to get to the lake. Although it's frozen till May, it's still a sight to behold!

The tour was amazing! The lake was beautiful, the waterfall was stunning, and the guide was very friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized - a perfect day trip from Almaty!
