How to use

1. Applicable experience locations: Wuyu Pottery (Taoyang New Village Store) / Xini Xiaozhu Pottery DIY

Business Hours:

Wuyu Pottery (Taoyang New Village Branch): 10:00-22:00

Qini Pottery DIY Studio: 10:00-22:00

3. After successful booking, our staff will contact you by phone or add you on WeChat to send the meeting location and contact information of the on-site reception staff. Please be sure to check the details.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Wuyu Pottery (Taoyang New Village Branch) / Qini Xiaozhu Pottery DIY, both stores offer the same package prices:

1. Pottery Making Experience: Includes wheel throwing + hand molding + painting + glazing + firing

Weekday price per passenger: 65 CNY/person

Legal holiday price: 88 CNY per person

The settlement price for group experiences is also calculated per person.

Note: Delivery fee is not included. The delivery fee is 15 CNY per item to one address. If two people are shipping to the same address, an additional 5 CNY will be charged.

2. Hugging Vase (30cm) Making Experience + Painting + Firing

inclusions: on-site clay throwing + sculpting + painting + glazing + firing.

Shipping not included, delivery fee to be paid upon receipt.
