How to use
Your booking is confirmed. Ticket will be sent to you separately. Please present either mobile or printed voucher for redemption.
Please present your Exchange Order with your passport at any of the JR Offices in airports and main train stations. Your confirmation email cannot be used to redeem JR Passes
You can only redeem your own JR Pass. You cannot redeem Exchange Orders named under another person

Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- Ticket is valid for 90 days
- JR PASS is only applicable to the following groups, and each pass can bring 2 children (1-5 years old) for free
- “Child” refers to children who are 6 to 11 years old at the time when the JAPAN RAIL PASS is used. (Persons who are 12 years and older are deemed to be “adults.”)
- Non-Japanese tourists visiting Japan
- A visa ( tourist visa, official visa, three-year multiple-entry visa, etc.)
- When entering Japan, please use the staffed automatic gate or ask the airport staff to stamp/stick a "short-term stay" sticker to exchange for the JR PASS
- Note: Long-term visa cannot be purchased (study visas, work visa, etc.).
- The same passenger is not allowed to purchase or redeem multiple identical tickets during the same period.
- Japanese passport holders who have lived outside Japan for more than 10 years must meet the following conditions to use the JR PASS:
- Hold a valid Japanese passport
- Original/copy of Overseas Residence Registration issued by the Japanese Embassy or the Japanese Embassy in the country of residence
- Hold an electronic certificate of overseas residence registration issued by the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, the Consulate General of Japan in Chiang Mai, the Embassy of Japan in Singapore, the Embassy of Japan in Germany, the Consulate General of Japan in Düsseldorf and the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco (including a printed copy)
- Once activated, the JR Pass is valid only for 7 consecutive days within one month
