1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our platform. 2. Once registration is successfully completed, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. For requests made within the allowed cancellation period, a minimum processing fee of 100 RMB per person will be deducted.

4. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance to check in and depart. It's better to be early than late, as we cannot reschedule or provide refunds for late arrivals. If you are unfamiliar with the area, please research local transportation options in advance and check the distance from your accommodation to the meeting point to avoid missing the tour due to difficulty locating the meeting point on the day of the activity.
5. Travelers departing from Lucerne and Interlaken, please wait at the meeting point. The guide usually carries a red flag and a blue writing board. Male guides wear gray ties, while female guides wear gray scarves.
6. Inclusions: Departure bus transportation from the point of departure (Zurich/Lucerne/Interlaken) to Grindelwald, cable car ride from Grindelwald to Eigergletscher station, cogwheel train transfer from Eigergletscher station to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, cogwheel train descent from Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe to Lauterbrunnen (return to Grindelwald from November 19th to December 19th, not going to Lauterbrunnen), return bus transportation to the point of departure, Alpine Sensation exhibition, Sphinx Observation Deck, Ice Palace and Plateau viewing platform (weather permitting), and professional multilingual guide services.
Expenses not included: meals, beverages, personal expenses, and other items not mentioned.
Tips:
1: No hotel or airport transfer service is provided. The drive from the airport to downtown Zurich takes approximately 15 minutes.
2: When checking in, the staff will inform you which bus to take. Upon arrival at the bus station, the guide will be there to greet you. Please make sure to communicate with the guide first before boarding. If departing from Lucerne or Interlaken, please wait for the guide on the sidewalk.
3: Larger items can be stored in the bus luggage compartment, but it's recommended to keep valuables with you. Please make sure to retrieve your luggage after the trip ends, as the driver/guide is not responsible for lost items.
4: Due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the guide may need to modify the original itinerary. Please remain calm and patient.
Itinerary:
If you're vacationing in Switzerland, the magnificent scenery of Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe is a must-see! Located in the Swiss Alps, Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2001.
Take a short break in Interlaken during the journey. After resting, continue to the town of Grindelwald. In Grindelwald, take the Eiger cable car to the Eiger Glacier Station. Then transfer to the cogwheel train, changing at Kleine Scheidegg to reach Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe. Along the train route, you can admire the famous trio of peaks—the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau—standing side by side in a spectacular display. Marvel at the towering mountains, steep cliffs, and breathtaking glacier views, as if stepping into a fairyland. Upon arriving at Jungfraujoch station, visit the Alpine Sensation exhibition. Stand on the Sphinx Observation Deck to overlook the snow-covered mountain ranges. Stroll through the Ice Palace located inside the glacier. Multiple restaurants on the mountain offer a variety of dining options.
The return trip will take the cogwheel train down the mountain again, passing through the famous car-free resort town of Wengen, and arriving in Lauterbrunnen. The group bus will be waiting in Lauterbrunnen for the return journey (Note: From November to December 19th, the return follows the original departure route, taking the bus back to the starting point from Grindelwald instead of going to Lauterbrunnen).
