The lounge is beautiful and comfortable, but when I requested to use the shower facilities, I was informed that it was out of order and could not be used. There is also very little to choose from when it comes to food and drinks, mostly noodles and rice. Quite disappointing I should say!★

Prompt response from agency and despite no group was formed, they have me options to cancel or additional fee for private tour. My guide/driver arrived on time and explained the places. Her passion for her job was undeniable and very engaging. She provided thorough and interesting explanations about the sights via wechat translation. However, due to parking issues, I was dropped off and had to walk through the location alone, which was disappointing. This guide has the most important quality—a genuine love and deep understanding of her city!★

It was so much fun! The coach was Yueyue, who was very patient and gentle. She explained the equalization of ear pressure very well, which made me feel very safe. She even managed to get great results! We also encountered a moray eel!★

Our tour guide zoey was great company! The tour was at a comfortable pace and we had fun breaking the bamboo, cleaning and making the panda cake. We also managed to see the panda from their resting area close to an arm’s length distance! Totally worth the price for this once in a lifetime experience~
