How to use

Show your mobile voucher to the staff and swap it at any stop for a paper ticket. With your paper ticket, you can hop on and off as often and where you like

Once redeemed, your ticket is valid for use on your selected consecutive dates

Ticket is valid for 12 months from the first visit. You can redeem it anytime during this period without needing to change your visit date

Venue opening hours are subject to change. You are recommended to check opening hours of each venue's official website before your visit

Children aged 0-4: free; no ticket needed

** Timings:**

Louvre Abu Dhabi (2, 3 and 5-day passes): Open Tuesday–Thursday 10:00–18:30, Friday–Sunday 10:00–20:30, closed on Mondays

Qasr Al Watan - Presidential Palace (3 and 5-day passes): Open daily 10:00–17:15

Qasr Al Hosn (5-day passes): Open Saturday–Thursday 09:00–20:00, Friday 14:00–20:00

**Abu Dhabi bus timings:**

Blue route: 10:00-16:00, loop 120 minutes & frequency every 120 minutes

Red Route: 9:00-17:00, loop 90 minutes & frequency every 30 minutes

If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
