I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.

When we arrived in Reykjavik, there was half a meter of snow. Nevertheless, our driver was there on time. The road conditions were appropriate for the weather. We all arrived back safe and sound. I have great respect for his driving skills. We reached all the places we wanted to go and were able to take lots of great photos.

Our guide Oskar was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and also about Iceland in general. Had a great sense of humour and really made the difference to our experience. Great vehicle, clean, comfortable and spacious. We were able to see everything promised on our tour and even a couple of bonus things. Highly recommend this tour.


