First of all, I have to say that the tour guide was very enthusiastic, attentive, and humorous. In terms of the itinerary, we originally planned to visit only four attractions, but everything exceeded our expectations. The tour guide also added a few attractions that were not included in the tour, such as the Pearl Exhibition Center, Sim wine cellar, pepper plantation, and fish sauce factory. Although these are some sales points, the tour guide did not instruct the group members to shop, so I really appreciated this and was very satisfied with the itinerary arrangement.★

The whole customer service will communicate with WeChat to arrange the itinerary, and the driver will not speak Chinese. But the photo is particularly good, the people are very enthusiastic, and will communicate with you with translation software! It was a wonderful experience overall. Everything was well organized, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour.

Yes, we were very satisfied. The staff and underwater guides were friendly, professional, and very supportive, especially in helping us feel confident in the water.
3. Highlight:
Our favorite moment was seeing the beautiful coral and colorful fish up close. We also really enjoyed the relaxing time on the island with fresh fruit and juice—it was a perfect way to end the trip.★

An excellent sightseeing tour. Snorkeling and the cable car ride were the most interesting parts. The lunch was filling. What I didn't like was that we weren't allowed on any of the water slides at the water park because our shorts had a metal zip closure. So, I kind of missed that part, but I won't lower my rating because of it, although I should have warned you. Also, I had very little time on the island where you could swim and do other activities.★

Yes. Without a doubt, a very well-organized tour. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The food was plentiful. Keep in mind that drinks are not included, and if they are a bit pricey, it's best to bring a cooler with your own drinks. The schedule was very good, and the guide always made an effort to explain everything clearly, with clear safety instructions. I would book it again.
