Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 25% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 75% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Make sure not to be late, as the cha chaan teng may give your reserved seats to other guests if you're late.
