A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.★

I've only ever gone on package tours, so this was my first time booking a day tour. I assumed the guide would be Korean, but when I actually got there, they turned out to be Taiwanese. I was a bit worried, but they are incredibly fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English. Although I couldn't understand everything they said, I was very satisfied. It was a unique experience.★

My tour person is Jay. He gives us all details of up coming places and spot to come back and time frame. He provides suggestion for souvenirs to buy and local food to eat; and gives us coupons for purchase as well as take photos for us. He explains everything in the tour very details. We look forward to be in his trips in the future we are back in Hokkaido. I strongly recommend Jay.
