It was fine. Lots of driving on mountainous switchbacks, so if that will make you car sick, this wouldn’t be for you. We were in an 8 pax van, and for our trip it was 5 plus the driver. If we’d had another 2 pax, we would’ve been smooshed in uncomfortably. Driver talked incessantly, some helpful, some just chatter. The black sand beach is a really rocky area that isn’t conducive for getting in the water. All the stops were good, just not amazing. I am not at all unhappy to do the partial trip to Hanna because this shows you everything without it being too long of a day.

Great day! Jason was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Exactly what you’d hope for on a local tour. Jason got us breakfast butter rolls which were delicious, took us all over the road to Hana with plenty of restroom stops. If we wanted to do something we just had to ask and he would do his best to make it happen. Very personable. I even asked to be in the front seat because I normally get very motionless sick but Jason’s driving was just right. I almost drove the road myself but I’m very happy I decided to do this trip instead. When the road turns made me sleepy I was able to nap and Jason let me know when important things were coming up. Just great overall!!

This was such an amazing experience, we got to see amazing sunset, but cherry on the cake was bonus whale watching. The staff was really is courteous, food drinks were excellent. Highly recommend taking this tour.

Captain Brandon and his crew were great. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Many times they detoured the boat so we could see whales, an amazing extra for our tour to Molokini. The snorkel spot in the crater was great and we got there at a perfect time after all the “cattle cruisers” were leaving. We even had a brief bit of sail, though the weather conditions were a bit too windy for full sailing - bummed but understandable. Lived the smaller boat with fewer people, very comfortable. Food was good too and plenty to go around, both breakfast and lunch. Our family really enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommend!
