A very convenient service! The ferries are modern and comfortable! The ferry terminals are very conveniently located and integrated into the transport networks of both Hong Kong and Macau! I use this mode of transport every time.

Reviews: TurboJet Ferry Tickets - Hong Kong Sheung Wan to/from Macau Taipa (Optional: One-way Tickets)
Guest User2026-11-01
This time I took a jet flight from Sheung Wan to Taipa, Macau. The overall experience was very satisfactory. Purchasing e-tickets in advance enjoys discounts, which are reasonably priced and facilitate early scheduling. Upon arrival at the pier, show your QR Code to exchange your ticket directly to board the ship. The procedure is simple and fast, saving you the trouble of printing a paper confirmation letter. The voyage takes about an hour, and the seats on board are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of activity space. The e-tickets are stored on mobile phones and are easy to view and use, making the entire ticket purchase and boarding process smooth. It is a convenient and affordable option for travelers planning to travel to Macau, and will choose again for their next trip.

Reviews: Shenzhen Hong Kong direct private charter itinerary - cross-border transfer with Hong Kong Shenzhen dual license plate nanny vehicle
Guest User2026-07-25
We took a transfer from our Shenzhen hotel to Hong Kong. The return trip was by train. I can definitely say that choosing a transfer is the most optimal and convenient way to get to Hong Kong, taking into account border crossings. You literally get out of the car for 5-7 minutes and that's it. Taking into account two checkpoints, the travel time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. What I didn't like and what definitely caused difficulties was communicating with customer support. When I asked when I would find out the car's registration number, I received the answer "wait." By evening (we were leaving in the morning), I still hadn't received any concrete information. After contacting customer support again, they messaged me on WhatsApp. But the messages they sent there are still showing as "time required to send." To all subsequent questions, support responded with "You have been answered on WhatsApp." When I asked to send the number in a message on trip.com, it took... an hour!!!!! of communication with customer support, and only then did they send the car's registration number. Be prepared for this.
