Day 4 of our Xi'an trip with my wife. On a cloudy day, we were debating whether to go on a volcano tour, and we made a hasty reservation just after 5 p.m. Ah, but because we were in a hurry, we didn't look at the details and signed up for a tour that was significantly cheaper than other tours. Then, while we were eating dinner, we received a message saying, We had paid for the children's volcano tour. Ah, my head suddenly started hurting. I don't think I can get a refund. And I don't speak Chinese. Does that mean I can't go on the volcano tour? I was worried. ㅠㅠ But a chat room was created, and they explained in detail, "How much is the English-speaking tour?" "If that's too much, the Chinese-speaking tour is a bit cheaper." They explained that we could just pay the additional fee, excluding the children's tour fee, and the volcano tour would be fine. They also said that if we didn't like it, they'd give us a 50% refund. So we switched to the Chinese-speaking tour. From then on, the volcano tour proceeded smoothly. We received detailed instructions and coordinates for the volcano tour bus boarding location via WeChat. All the volcano tour buses were Chinese, and we were a little worried since we couldn't understand their language. However, our tour guide, Zhao Chen, carefully translated the information into English. "Take the west cable car and come down north." "This ticket is for the west cable car. Don't worry, I'll send you the north cable car ticket via WeChat." He diligently translated the information into English, providing detailed instructions and precautions, along with lunch bags. Very good trip. This tour takes all the hassle out of a big day. Picked up at hotel, given the tickets, taken to the bus line and then picked up at the end to be dropped off. Would highly recommend.
