▲ Take a ride to the Northeast's sacred mountain—the Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area (approximately 4 hours of sightseeing). The area north of Changbai Mountain's Tianchi Lake is known as the North Slope Scenic Area. Upon entering, visitors first take an eco-friendly bus to the transfer center, then can opt for a shuttle ride (self-paid ticket: 80 RMB per person) to the main peak to view Tianchi Lake. Experience the thrill of navigating sharp turns along the winding mountain road before marveling at the breathtaking view of Tianchi from the rugged main peak. Next, head to the Dragon Gathering Hot Springs, where the wonders of volcanic hot springs unfold. "Dragons gather to spew warm springs, as the cold air turns mist into smoke." As you hike forward, sudden plumes of white steam transport you into a fairy-tale setting—this is the site of the Changbai Hot Springs. Dozens of hot spring vents dot the U-shaped valley of Changbai Mountain, painting the rocks in vibrant hues. The famous hot spring eggs are also found here.

▲ Afterward, take the bus back to the transfer center and head to see the [Changbai Waterfall]. As the outlet of Tianchi Lake, the Changbai Waterfall boasts a spectacular 68-meter drop. At the nearby hot spring square, you can try uniquely flavored hot spring eggs and even dip your hands in the thermal pools to experience the volcanic hot springs. Next, visit [Xiaotianchi (Small Heavenly Pool)], a tranquil little lake where the water mirrors the graceful forms of surrounding trees. Then proceed to [Lüyuantan (Green Abyss Pool)], an emerald-green pool with a waterfall cascading down the cliffside. On your way back along the boardwalk from Lüyuantan, you'll pass by Yujiangquan (Jade Spring).

▲ Drifting on the Changbai Mountain, especially the Magical Realm Drift, is an experience where you float on water and move with the current—a primitive way humans once crossed rivers. Gliding downstream in a rubber raft, you'll witness the vast sky and endless waters under the warm sun, surrounded by lush green mountains. The crystal-clear river alternates between gentle and wild currents, with depths no more than one meter and shallows just a dozen centimeters. What makes this drift unique is the enchanting rime ice, a natural wonder shaped by the area's special geography. Enjoying the breathtaking rime while embracing the thrill of rafting creates an unforgettable sensation.

▲ Changbai Mountain's new landmark - "Enduli" is a resort complex integrating vacation dining, leisure performances, and cultural and creative industries. Here you'll find many cultural and creative shops, coffee shops, art exhibitions, clothing stores, etc. When the lights come on at night, the night view is also quite good. This place blends the spirit of the mountains with the hustle and bustle of the city into one street. Stroll leisurely at the foot of the mountain during the day.
